Shobha Designs was engaged by Madhuri & Jasmin to provide architectural services from concept design till the completion of construction.

The land slopes down to the back. The design cleverly presents a single storey appearance to the street and uses the slope for a double storey section at the back.

Shobha Designs successfully obtained DA approval from Parramatta Council despite of couple of non-compliances by providing merit based design solution appropriate to the narrow and small size lot. Our team also provided project management, tendering and contract administration services for the project.
